I Think I Need a Timeout

You know this is a phrase we here all the time. You here Soccer moms yelling it to their kids in Wal-Mart "Brian you get time-out when you get home mister". Or you may hear your significant other say something along the lines of "babe I think we need a timeout from our relationship (might as well consider that a break-up). And the most common timeout of all of course is in sports, but we won't get into that. But have you ever taken a timeout from your daily activities you know a personal time out. Well here are some tips for you to take a personal timeout.

1) If you claim to be "So busy" or you really are busy you should perform an evaluation of all of your activities. You know measure which ones are really important. Prioritize people.

2) Once you've done this evaluation allocate some time to do stuff that you like doing something that eases the mind.

3) Mental breaks are way more needed than physical breaks, because think about it the mind and body work together, inf the mind is out of it, then eventually the body will be too.

4) If you need some time off work, take it, if you need just sometime to yourself take it. Go for a drive listen to some good music. Take a vacation from all of your activities go some where you can relax like your hometown if you live away or take a trip to view nature, instead of flying to a 10hr trip, Drive and take in all of God's amazing creations.

You actually should take a personal time out everyday. Me I get relaxation from working out or watching something on TV that I game NO knowledge from at all, Like "Frankie and Neffie"; "Real Housewives of Atlanta"; or "Tiny and Toya. Now if you need to take a timeout from your relationship I can't help you with that, but instead of leading your significant other on, you should just take a timeout. No need for the both of you or maybe you to be miserable. Point of the matter is if you need a mental break from work, extra activities, or your relationship. Take it and I guarantee you will be a 100% happier...

Thanks,

Management
